After the last witchblade bearer stopped hundreds of iWeapons and sacrificed herself, things seemed fine at first but then more Ex-Cons showed up killing random people. A new company has been making advanced Ex-con like machines but quickly lost control of them. The company calls these new Ex-Cons, Neocons. The only difference is that Neocons are smarter than Ex-cons and are not always out to kill. But the company needs all of them dead or brought back to them. Will a new witchblade bearer appear and will the last of the Neogenes be able to stop the threat?
