Riley stands at around six feet tall with a lean build that allows him to be strong but agile. His hair is brown, wild and spiky, and his eyes are shade of golden brown, while his complexion is a bit on the pale side.
Normally he wears boots, blue jeans, a white sleeveless shirt, and a denim button up shirt.

He can control the temperature of the air around him as well as the temperature of whatever he touches. He can either heat it or cool it.
He cannot directly create fire or ice, but he can heat things up until they get hot enough to catch fire on their own and he can cool things down to the point that they begin to freeze and ice is created when the moisture in the air touches it

History

Background:
Riley did not begin life within the Zone, he was forced there when was about 16, after he discovered his ability. He was a high school kid at a local school on the edge of the Zone, one day during class he got into an argument, and the book he was holding heated up and caught fire, which lead to the whole school burning down. He was branded as a Freak, and then was forcefully taken from his home and tossed into the Zone. Knowing very little about the place, he was in trouble from the start because he could not yet control his power.
Eventually he fell into the bad elements, getting involved with one of the gangs, and over the years he eventually became one of the 4 Jesters. However, he stepped down, apparently for no reason, and was soon replaced. Now he stays mostly to himself, wandering around the Zone, trying to not cause any trouble.
Goals: Generally he just wants to live out his life, but eventually he will decide the Top 8 need to be taken down
Other: The 4 Kings want him dead
