Oxymoron

Sniff it,
Inhale it,
Live it,
Exhale it,
Crush it,
Then kill it,
Huff it,
Then feel it,
Pop it,
Then drop it,
You got it,
There's no stoppin',
Music blaring,
Head bobbin',
Pick it up,
Keep droppin',
Now want it,
You want it,
I'll give it,
Imagination's vivid,
No limits,
To inhibit,
It's so Nazi,
Take this Oxy,
Then we'll party.
"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

A Symphony For My Love

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Sun Sep 29, 2013 5:28 am

This was originally written at work for a gay friend of mine due to some assholes earlier in the day getting on him for being a homosexual. I held off giving it to him until I was proud of it. Here's the finished product below:

Nothing's going to stop us,
Not now, not ever,
We've got at least a day and forever,
They can't stop us,
Now or later, never,
Whoever,
Whomever,
Stronger have tried,
Do we worry about the lesser?
We become diamonds under pressure,
I only have to love share with you,
No treasures,
But I can write you this symphony,
Ask you to live in sin with me,
In the end we'll be,
Good,
Still misunderstood,
We'll be pushed and shoved,
But we've grown so tough,
Because we're right with love,
If they won't fight with us,
Then we'll fight alone,
Until hate's overthrown,
We're kings and queenss in our own right,
So why can't we hold the throne?
I pray for the day,
I can waste away,
With the man I love and say...

This is me. I love a man. I'm a man. That's right, I'm gay.

Sit and spin, bitch.

The Mad King Returns

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Fri Dec 20, 2013 10:58 am

I do not fear the sun,
I just embrace the moon,
Fell in love with darkness and gloom,
When I was entombed,
It's only kept me in tune,
With the madness,
The monster,
I've only come to see what I'll conquer,
For when time is right,
On a certain night,
You'll see in a certain light,
That my sights,
Have been set on new heights,
I'll control heaven and hell,
Be the first to smite,
Any and everyone for the simplest slight,
It might be trite,
To go on and write,
And recite,
My intentions to be the dark knight,
But there's no room for jesters,
Be gone with your jokes,
A better gesture would have been the treasures of pleasure,
Screw it,
Hang the fool with a rope,
By the throat,
When he chokes,
Let him go,
Then give him forty lashes,
No attractive captives,
To give hope to the masses,
But in the event of any clashes,
Nuke it all,
Fuck it,
Glass it,
I am not psycho-sociopathic,
I am not Jack Hatchet,
I prefer a Wally Cleaver,
For the deceivers,
The non-believers,
If Mr. White's the one who knocks,
I'm the grimmest reaper,
The end may never justify my means,
But morality to me,
Doesn't mean a damn thing.

Damn.

It feels to good to be the king.

Jishin no fukkatsu

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Sat Dec 28, 2013 4:39 am

I don't believe in love,
But a constant is pain,
My friends think it's a shame,
That I'm possibly insane,
But who's really the one not right in the brain?
I'm not the one with a thought train,
That's on the wrong side of the tracks,
And weaving in and out of lanes,
It's a little lame,
To proclaim,
Your love for a dame,
When you can barely remember her name,
Or telling a guy,
A really nasty lie,
You're my one and only,
But is he the only one?
Is this a Maury episode in the making?
Will that be his only son?
Or his only daughter?
Devilish women and men,
Where's my holy water?
You might think my views,
Are cynical, jaded, slightly askew,
If I wanted your opinion,
I might have asked you,
It's more than love it's life,
We're in love with vice,
And think everything can be nice,
Dandy,
Sweet as candy,
A heartwarming tale,
Something akin to Woody's love for Andy,
But truth is much darker,
Hardcore,
Life is jumping over obstacles,
Mental and emotional parkour,
Look at me,
An antagonistic,
Pragmatic,
Antisocial,
Narcissistic,
Asshole,
Giving people insight on life decisions,
What makes me different?
I'm all of those things,
And I can admit it,
Who can say the same?
Who can say their name,
Reveal their shames,
And their pain,
Who can reveal their time with a gang,
And the time they nearly put a bullet in a guy's brain
Because they killed a friend of their's and got away,
But put the gun down,
Because he knew there was a better way?
Dedicated my time to prose,
But I could have been selling dope,
You might think these are cliches and tropes,
But the truth is,
I and many others were on the ropes,
Sometimes it's hard to cope,
I'm an atheist,
But I want to pray for hope,
Not just for I,
But the planet,
How can I believe in a god who made this world,
If this is how they planned it,
It's hard for most to understand it,
I was on cloud 666,
And I barely landed,
My life's gotten better,
But still feel no reprieve,
The air I breathe,
Is too thin for me,
There's clearly sin in me,
The Devil's,
Reserved a couple of levels,
For my kind of rebel,
I do not revel,
In my past transgressions,
Lost innocence in adolescence,
Let that be a lesson,
Insecurity makes you do stupid things,
Like twerking and being in middle school when you get pregnant,
Now people have a certain perception,
Embrace your imperfections,
I want you to see beauty in your reflection,
Your beauty should be devastating,
Stimulating,
Leaving people celebrating.
Congratulating,
It should be exhilarating,
Liberating,
The haters should be disappearing,
Dissipating,
You should be intimidating,
Others you need to be motivating,
Any thoughts of doubts,
Eliminated,
We need a light in the darkness,
Together we're illuminating.

She Shot Me Down

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Fri Jan 10, 2014 1:14 pm

Everything was all good,
The two happiest people in our 'hood,
You wouldn't find a better couple in our neck of the woods,
We were friends and lovers,
No one truly understood,
We were underestimated,
PDA all the time,
Made everybody hate it,
Her brothers didn't like it,
We were all affiliated,
My colors red,
Their's blue,
There was a lot of issues that could've instigated,
But, it was awhile before it escalated,
For now we don't have a care in the world,
My only care is this girl,
God broke the mold when he made you,
This relationship isn't a game,
Don't expect me to play you,
Those lame dudes,
May try to chain you,
Change you,
But there's a fire in your heart,
Baby, they can't tame you,
She told me not worry about her brothers,
It didn't matter that we flew different colors,
And our skin was different colors,
They had no say in who she loved,
Or who she called her lover,
She got a call from her mother,
Had to rush home,
Didn't tell me why,
I found out later someone killed her oldest brother,
We dropped out of touch for weeks,
I wouldn't see her in the streets,
Tried talking to her mom,
But she would barely speak,
I drifted closer to my gang,
Further from my pain,
But nothing was the same,
I admit it was driving me a little insane,
Didn't matter it was back to the grind again,
Back to the grime again,
Committing crimes again,
I started writing rhymes again,
It was dark in my life without her,
I wanted our sun to shine again,
I heard shots ring out on my street,
I never ran so fast,
You should've seen my feet,
One of the OGs just got shot,
It was the other guys on our block,
Next thing I knew,
Someone gave me a glock,
Marched down 92nd,
Super troopin',
Throwing up signs,
Soowoopin',
First sign of trouble,
We started shootin',
Sending guys running,
Ducking,
I seen a guy fall,
Hands on his bloody stomach,
Ready to give him what he had coming,
Light his face when I got nearer,
It was my girl's other brother,
If I killed him,
I wouldn't be able to look at myself in the mirror,
Then I felt pain in my body,
I started falling to the ground,
The ground was cold,
And I could barely hear a sound,
I saw my girl with a pistol,
And then I heard my heart pound,
She sent a break-up bullet straight at my body,
She shot me down,
Her brother died a few days later,
By next week she moved out of town,
What the fuck am I gonna do now?
I guess my only option is to sit here and frown.

Caustic

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Mon Jan 13, 2014 6:54 pm

Crocodile tears,
And hypocrisy,
Honestly,
I think honesty,
Is the best policy,
But honestly,
Don't expect an apology,
I'm favoring animosity,
And you'll probably,
See this,
And think I'm reacting pompously,
But, I don't think I give a fuck,
You're fucking nuts,
If you think that I'm going to lighten up,
And give you a leg to stand on,
Or provide you with a fucking crutch,
Someone on the internet offended you,
Is that truly going to be the end of you?
You might feel condescended to,
But you've been condescending too,
Looking back on it now,
I think I might be resenting you,
I already feel like I misjudged,
Maybe naivety's what I've succumbed to,
I could say fuck you,
But, I still like you,
So I'll say that I can't trust you,
I'll play the role of critic,
I find the company we keep parasitic,
They're often prolific,
And often nitpick,
And it drives me ballistic,
It's driving me to the brink,
I need to find a shrink,
Or finally tell you what I think,
Shut the fuck up,
Be quiet,
No, really, close your mouth,
Try it,
I don't really care for your opinion,
I'd ask for it if I did,
I'm sure I didn't,
Listen,
It's my decision,
To burn bridges,
Create friction,
And bask in this division,
I'll be faced with opposition,
But I'm the one who turned up heat,
If you can't take it,
Stay the fuck out of the kitchen.

The God King

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Fri Jan 17, 2014 11:55 pm

I am your god,
I am your ruler,
You will find no one crueler,
I don't mean to boast,
But in the same vein,
You will find no one cooler,
Regardless, listen to what's written,
Women stay in the kitchen,
No orisons,
Unless they are to me,
Prayer to others is forbidden,
Don't expect to be forgiven,
But expect your head to roll,
My executioners have nothing but precision,
A swift death is lucky though,
The other option is a prison,
Cramped,
Stinky,
And in very poor condition,
Rebels,
Do not dare start a war of attrition,
I'll send division after division,
Ready for demolition,
Destruction is their only mission,
Next rule,
No claims of magic,
They only end tragic,
The only power is mine,
And no other can have it,
I warn you now,
You don't want to meet my bad side,
Make no mistake,
I am the bad guy,
No attempts to take my throne,
You'll end up like the last guy,
He's missing limbs,
And he has two glass eyes,
That's all for now,
I'll be returning to my throne,
I'm a god among men,
Remember,
I rule alone.

Love Yourself

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Sat Jun 14, 2014 5:55 pm

I look into your eyes,
And I see that you need help,
You're telling me lies,
Saying you can take care of yourself,
You've got clothes,
You've got status,
You've got wealth,
You don't have love,
So you don't see a reason to love yourself,
You've got fake friends,
They're never keeping it real,
Riding coat tails for a meal,
Or a chance to get a record deal,
You've got everything,
But no thing,
Will replace any thing,
That love can bring,
It might hurt,
It might sting,
But that's truth,
You've got youth,
But when it's all gone,
You're old news,
Looking for a noose,
Or any excuse,
To feel like someone loves you,
Even if they show it through abuse,
But that man leaves,
When he sees,
That you forgot your Plan B,
His Plan A,
Is your Plan Z,
No abortion on your mind,
Because this baby could be,
Your everything,
And you're going to love it,
More than any thing,
Now when I look into your eyes,
I see you don't need help,
Because you can take care of yourself,
You don't need clothes,
Nor status,
Nor wealth,
You've got a baby to love,
And a reason to love yourself.

Ronin - Part 1

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Saarai on Wed Jul 09, 2014 1:49 am

They say when the Shogun came,
Nothing was the same,
That was the day everything changed,
The Shogun's best warrior,
Was known for being gorier,
Than any other,
He had no family save for a brother,
At a young age he lost his mother,
The Shogun took him in,
He wouldn't let him suffer,
He trained him to be the best Samurai in the land,
The Samurai would follow master's commands,
Cut off hands,
So the peasants would understand,
You don't bite the hand that feeds you,
The Shogun doesn't need you,
The Emperor doesn't care,
So there's no one to plead to,
But the Samurai felt strange,
He brought his people pain,
He was their bane,
He felt ashamed,
So he left with his brother,
Who recently had a child,
And he was going to have another,
The Samurai was now a simple man,
He lived a simple life,
He had a simple plan,
To find himself a wife,
As he went on living,
Japan was torn by feudal strife,
The Simple Man found Rin,
A girl free of sin,
She was from Kyoto,
She blew The Simple Man away like a harsh wind,
He took her as his own,
And then they made a home,
Meanwhile, the Shogun made it known,
He wanted the greatest warrior he'd ever owned,
That's when a group of samurai came,
In the Shogun's name,
The leader proclaimed,
"Samurai come home.
Or you'll to be blame,
When your wife is slain.
She can live with you or she can die in vain."
The Simple Man was filled with hate,
But he had no choice,
He ignored his wife's voice,
She was telling him to stay,
He told her to pray,
He'd back be in a few days,
It'd be like he was never away,
But the Shogun's men had secret orders,
To kill The Samurai's family,
Wife, son and daughters,
It was a slaughter,
The Samurai killed the Shogun's men,
No less than ten,
Won't be breathing again,
The Samurai was changed,
Nothing was the same,
He was in pain,
He vowed as a Ronin,
That he would remove the Shogun's head,
And put an end to his reign.

Or so they say.
