((Okay so we're finally starting this out. Sorry for the long wait on it *embarrased cause she got dragged out to a place with no internet to sleep in a house made of fabric against her will* Try to keep the pace relaxed in the beginning to make sure everyone get's their saying and of course don't ignore anyone. Also The meeting I mention in this post... Only the ones that joined the group knows that this meeting is going on so no non-group members in that basement. Aso you don't just happen to pass by... Also for now the school board won't show but they'll show up later on. Okay enough rule-talk... let's roleplay! Below is a orientation of the character names, their club and what year they're in. Of course I'll update as the rp goes on))

Sierra high is an old and tired private school and the number of enrolling students is dropping every year however the school still remains a place of learning. The students are among competent teachers whom all are doing their best to prepare the students for the troubles of life. Despite this the school is still facing closure due to the fact that less and less students enroll and the school board sees no other option than closing the school and selling the property. However one student rises up in the dark of the night with her mind set on one thing. Saving the school no matter what.

To all students of Sierra High.
Sierra High will be announced that the students enrolled this year will be the last students the school will be accepting as they are closing the place down and putting the property up for sale. I, for one, do not find this acceptable in any way and as of this year I will fight against the school's closure. If anyone is interested in helping me in this fight all you have to do is reply to this message and I will send you the information you need.
/Codex

It's early in the morning and all student, teachers and excessive staff is assembled in the assembly hall. The principal has just given the news of this years freshmen being the last enrolled as the school will close by the end of the same school year meaning all current juniors and freshmen must look for a new school. What neither of the staff, the school board or the principal knew was that an anonymous mass email had been sent out. Some students had replied to the original sender and had been instructed to meet in the school basement during the 30 minute break between morning assembly and first period. The sender of the mail had taken the name Codex.

In the basement Ann was waiting knowing that no one would notice her being gone from morning assembly. She rarely came anyway since the program and most information plus a bit more could be found in the school computer system but for safety matters she watched the assembly on her computer screen through the school security cameras. Of course any normal student would not usually be able to do this. It requiredsome hacking skills as well as a talent of hideng your virtual trail. If one knew how to enter it without anyone noticing of course it was Ann Davis, Junior and member of the school computer club. The tips of her short red hair were still slightly wet from her shower that morning. She removed her headphones with the attached virtual reality goggles ran a hand through her hair with a sigh. Hopefully people would help her with preventing the school from closing. As a matter of facts the final decision had not been made yet but it would as soon as the head of the school board had found someone interested in buying the property of the school.

Ann looked at the room she was in while waiting for the students which had replied. It was a relatively large room for a basement room at least. According to an old blueprint of the school this room used to be a storage room used by the cleaning staff. This meant that the room contained some old cleaning supplies which was probably as old as some of the newer sections of the school. She sighed as she went over her list of people signing up for her little rebellion.

Daniel had after the assembly returned to the student council room to read. Lately a lot of fuss had been going on among the students. He had decided not to tell anyone of the student email as this could be interesting. He was also against the closure of the school since he had en
joyed his time here however he could not put his position as student council president at risk. He sighed as he flipped through he pages of his book, which was about a painter named Frida Carlo. I will help out any way I can, but I can't risk my position. What I can do is try to keep your existence hidden to the staff and school board, but that is all He had replied that to the one sending out the mail and he intended to keep that promise. This was his childhood friend asking afterall. And so he had convinced the council to keep the email a secret, letting it of as a joke played by a student. But he wondered how long that would work once someone caught a scent off what was going on in the dark corners of Sierra between the students.
((Have fun XD))

"And... ACTION!"

The teenage boy, one of Sam's friends, leapt over the car, sliding across the bonnet and landing on the other side without even a stumble - unlike the twenty times before when he had managed not only to stumble, but to trip, roll, slip and even faceplant after his jump. Needless to say, he was no athlete, but he was the best that Sam could get to help her, and he was a lot more talented at drama than he was at jumping over cars, which somewhat made up for it. After landing, the boy sprinted forwards again and right past where Sam was crouched next to the tripod holding the video camera. "Cut!" she cried, pressing the stop button on the camera before punching the air "Yes! Finally got the shot!" she exclaimed, grinning broadly "High five on th-" she began, before turning to see that Jack, the aforementioned boy, had fallen over only moments after passing out of shot.

And because it was out of shot, it was funny.

The blonde girl laughed out loud "You clutz!" she teased, walking over to help the fallen boy up, her black boots padding on the grass "Come on, we're already late for assembly!" she tutted, pulling him up and ignoring his complaints about how if he'd known how hazardous agreeing to act in her project would be, he wouldn't have done it. Collecting her equipment, Sam hurried off towards the hall where assembly was already starting.

She slipped in the back door of the room, smiling apologetically at the teacher who frowned at her late entrance, and took a seat right on the end of the back row, straightening out her short dress and laying the tripod across her lap. The headmaster was droning on about the closure of the school, and Sam frankly found the subject boring.

After all, she had decided it wasn't going to happen, and if there was one thing Sam Ballifrey would excel at, it would be a propaganda campaign. Well, that wouldn't be the first thing that would come to mind, but it would be on the list.

To be fair, it was a big list. But that really didn't make the statement any less true. Or at least not much less.

Karmina was walking down the corridor to her locker. She did the combination and swung open the door. She sighed, it was very neat and organised. She got out her diary, pencil case, and a pad of paper . Then she closed her locker and walked down the hall. She thought to her self 'I cant belive this place is closing down! Its so beautiful and unique.' She had reached the end of the corridor so she quietly slipped through the door. She walked down the stairs. They were quite slippery and the handrail was all dirty . She reached the end of the stairs and saw a girl standing in the corner of the basement.

Alex sat around the middle row, hands overlapping eachother ontop of a small black leather book he carried watching the headmaster on the stage at the front with his normal vacent stare barely listening to what he had to say. after afew moments of idleness his attension was caught as the head's mensioned again that the school was facing closure, Alex glanced down at his watch, just afew more minutes until the 30 minute break. He looked back up, pretending to pay attension to the head's speech. He daydreamed about the basement meeting, contemplating whether it was for real or just some elaborate prank set out to humiliate gullible students. The more and more he thought the stupider it became, what could afew students do to stop a financial drop? Set up a lemonade stand? He chuckled alittle, breaking the audience silence amongst him drawing his peers' attension, Alex regained his composure and opened the book on his lap, picking up from where he left off to past the time.

Getting reamed on by the teachers, Ukitake wondered if they thought he was the reason this place was going to be closing down. There was nothing they could do in the dress code to keep him from wearing a skirt, they knew it. Most of the students adapted and got on with their lives but Mrs. Jennings was one of those old fashion Baby Boomers he believed in all the traditions. Guys shouldn't have piercings, long hair, fish nets, don't have sex till your married, don't marry unless you are sure its the right one... bluah bluah bluah.

At this point his mind was barely taking her in anymore, the only reason he was out here receiving this lecture is his attempt to get out of the assembly. How did a lecture on participating on school activities turn into Thou shalt not crossdress. Well whatever the reason he really just didn't have any interest in anything she was saying. " Mrs. Jennings with all do respect the dress code states that as long as the skirt is passed my finger tips I can wear it. Then again you already knew that, so why are we even talking about it right now? I'll deal with the consequences of being called queer just like you'll have to deal with the consequences of being called ugly."

And.... that's how he ended up in the principles office 13 minutes later.

OOC: Kagome, if you want me to change this, let me know.

IC: As Honip listened to the principle drone on and on at the start of year assembly, just like every year, he tuned her out, instead working on the blueprints for his latest improvement on the trebuchet he had built freshmen year. He pricked his ears up and grinned as he heard her mention the school closing. He grinned a little, thinking about the email. They have no idea. Heh. As the assembly filed out into the halls for break, he noticed Uki being escorted towards the principle's office. He sighed, and shook his head. After collecting a few materials from his locker, he set off a stink bomb, using a timer, in the freshman wing. As he reached the principles office, it went off. He barely had to wait a minute to see her come rushing out of her office in a huff, grumbling about pranksters. He poked his head into the waiting room to see his old friend Uki. He had met them in the first semester of freshman year, and quickly got over the weirdness of it, qickly accepting them. He grinned. "Didn't take her long at all this year eh? What did you say?" Not waiting for an answer, he waved Uki forward. "So, basement. Coming or not?"

Akimoto Masahiro's dull sitting

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Rin Seiko on Tue Oct 13, 2009 8:53 pm

Akimoto yawned. It was a special yawn; one that disturbed silence, and started a chain reaction. With a relaxed smile, he looked about him as others about him followed his example. It was a simple passtime he did often during the assemblies, entertaining him while the speakers would talk about something that didn't have to do with him. "...eshmens this year will be the last to enroll at this school. All freshmen to juniors will have to find a new school to attend." At this, the boy frowned, and slouched over in his seat and stared at the ground. That was something he didn't want to hear. He loved this school and was sad to see it closing. However, a thought in him sparked a small light of hope. Don't forget about that meeting. The meeting, of course! There was still a chance to save the school, if it was altogether slim. Akimoto came from a rich family, and if he had to, he'd beg his parents to help the school until he at least graduated from it.
A calm smile once again creeped over the smooth skin that made up the face of the student. With a relaxed sigh, he leaned back. Yes. I think I'll do my best to help the school. Eyes relaxed, he pushed his glasses up a touch, and continued to have a calm look on his face as he watched the assembly. One of his friends nudge him, muttering "Yo, 'you high?" Akimoto shoved him away playfully, answering "Na. Just dedicated."

CJ sat in the furthest back corner she could, playing with her fingernails, not listening to a word the principal said. In all honesty, she was kind of hoping the school would be shut down. She had already researched performing arts schools she would try out for but until she got into one, her parents wouldn't hear of it. The thought of this made her wish she could sneak out and grab the deck she had in her dorm. Smoking always made her calm down but the risk of being caught and sent home to face her parents was too great. She looked up and watched how everyone seemed to get away with talking. Maybe this school wasn't as strict as she thought.
She searched the room and saw a small group of boys staring at her, whispering some kind of in joke and laughing. For the first time since she arrived, she was conscience of her appearance. Carefully, she fixed her hair so the fringe covered one side of her face then she nervously fingered her anti-eyebrow piercing. She was worried about what people might say about piercings; nobody here seemed too crash-hot about body art. She was annoyed that it seemed they'd already made their judgements; one of them was pretty hot.
Without her noticing, the other students stood up and began to file out. CJ quickly stood, keeping her eyes to the ground and followed the crowd back to the dorms, eager for a quick smoke before inevitably having to meet any of the other freshman here. She'd heard whisper (literally a whisper as he whole wprld seemed to have a habil of not noticing that she was standing right behind them 'unintentionally' listening) before assembly about a meeting that was happening in the basement of the school. Maybe no one would notice if she went missing.

While being taken toward the principles office, Ukitake noticed Honip at the corner of his eye with a famous Honip special. " Oh shi-..." Didn't even get to finish as the plume of horrid stench erupted under him. Luckily Honip had snagged Somogima-San away and they were now heading down stairs? Oh right right right, there'd been a email about a secret meeting down here or something. " Well gee I guess this makes you my prince in shining armor. Though I don't know much royalty that would put a cherry bomb in their arsenal."

Honip was actually pretty cool, the first time they met was during his first year while in ICS. It was pretty common for Ukitake to get into fights or mouth off to a teacher so he spent a good chunk of his year suspended or in all day detention. Honip wasn't exactly a little angel himself and thus his fate and Uki's were just bound to meet head to head over and over. How many times was the crossdresser told that he and students like him gave the school a bad name. But who cared about any of that anyway?

Ran beside Honip down the steps. noting the sudden change in scenery from light to darkness. Well it was a basement after all, that shouldn't of been too shocking.

Honip grinned, and jumped the last few steps. Without even looking around, he ran to the other side of the room, and slid to a stop, spinning around and sitting, all in one motion. Out of breath, he grinned. Looking around, he took note of who was here. He had met, or at least seen, most of them before, except for one. He cocked his head to the side as he took note of the girl with the headphones. "Don't believe I've had the pleasure? Forgive the rudeness, but who are you?"

Ann looked up from her screen tilting her head slightly. "Me?" she said asking. "I'll get to that later. Right now I'm watching important things" she said pointing at her screen where the morning assemblance was ending. Ann pressed a button on the keyboard and the angle on the room changed. Ann mumbled to herself as she kept changing it. "c'mon... Where are you... I know you're there... I just need to find you... Bingo" she said after stopping at the exact same angle as she was looking at before she started changing it. She took a screenshot, saved the image on her hard-drive and closed down her video program. She took her time to look around. "Oh... people are here" she mumbled to herself looking rather surprised. She hadn't expected anyone to skip out on morning assemblance besides herself but oh well... This were young humans afterall. They didn't just do as they were told like computers. She looked at the people that had entered the room... A crossdresser, and two somewhat avarage looking persons. Ann just smiled. Average looking people would blend in better and wouldn't be suspected of anything in the first place. Just perfect she thought and took off her headphones only to slide a hand through her red hair.

Finally Honip let go allowing Uki the room to.... bring his fist down over the guys head. " I had legs damn it, look at the ceiling before you decide the rooms too bright." That was a painting analogy so he doubted someone like Honip would grasp what it meant. But it should be pretty simple given the circumstances under which the crossdresser was complaining.

Shaking his fist for a moment feeling a extreme level of pain surface from plowing his fist over Honip's head, he'd finally get a look around the inside of the room. Dark, Computer and they were the only 3 people there. When the world introduced herself, Somogima's eyes focused directly on her with a bit of surprise. Within a moment of his first thought, he already regretted thinking it. For just a brief second that girl reminded him of his mother.

Sneering a bit at some unwelcome memories, Ukitake brought his arms up to cross under his chest looking very dissatisfied. Someone else was here though, they weren't exactly announcing their presence but it wasn't just these 3 here that was something he was sure of. With a look off toward the girls computer screen trying to figure out just what is was about the assembly she found so fascinating. " Ok ok we are here already, my question is why are we here."

CJ was standing round the back of the dormitories, cigerette dangling between her fingers, breathing out a thin column of smoke. Nobody had even come close to bothering her; everyone was either at the secret meeting or checking out eachother's new haircuts that they got over the holidays, escept the cross-dresser who was heading towards the principal's office. Someone had set a stink bomb off in the Freshman's dorm so there was nobody in there to notice her grab the deck from under pillow. Her impressoin of the school had changed significantly after the school assembly; maybe not all boarding schools were that strict if they let crossdressers amd smokers in.
She thought about things she had observed since arriving and took another drag. She leaned against a neaby tree to save herself falling over; she was a lightweight seeing as she still got a headspin off less one one cigerrette. She slowly slid down the tree and sat on the hard ground beneath it. She seemed to have seen everyone at the school and had seen their different behaviours, groups, who was popular - all the basic school things. Yet no one had noticed her, and if they had, no one had bothered to talk to her or introduce themselves. In a strange way, she liked being the mystery, but being cast off straight away irritated her a bit. She slowly took her last drag so she was down to the orange bit she could never remember the name of, stamped on it and stood up. It took her a second to get her balance back but as she did, she heard footsteps of someone walking around the corner of the dorms, sounding like they were heading straight for CJ's little area.

The bell rang and everybody stood automaticly as a sign of respect to the leaving headmaster, as soon as he had left everybody began to leave, the teachers powerless to stop everybody cramming through a small double doors at the back of the hall. Alex sighed and put his headphones turning his iPod onto shuffle as he turned to leave through the back entrance along with the other, smarter, students. He glanced around him at the school field, there were already groups of students chit-chatting together in their 30 minute break. Alex began to walk around the school towards it's main entrance when he noticed a person to the edge of the field smoking, he turned to walk over, sliding his skullcandy headphones off his head around his neck and ruffling around in his pockets for his half empty set of marlboros. Alex looked up at the blonde haired girl "Hey, can I borrow a light?" he asked CJ, music still blaring from his headphones, assuring himself that the 'secret meeting' could wait afew minutes.

Into the lion's den

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Rin Seiko on Thu Oct 15, 2009 4:21 pm

Ring. There was the bell. To Akimoto, it was the release of prison, and the unveiling of what very well maybe the savior of the school. Well, to put it in complicated terms. Still, all the student had to do was walk down a flight of stairs or two, and he'd be on his way to helping the school stay open. Probably, that is. So when his friends asked "Hey, idiot, where are you going? We're over here!" He just waved them on, saying something about homework, even though he didn't have any. With that, he was off. Off the mainly empty stairs, into the mainly dark basement, and into, for all he knew, a lion's own den of cubs. And, perhaps, that was exactly where he wanted to be. With a big ol' steak hung around his neck, to make it all the lovelier.
Akimoto grinned at his own mental metaphor. Maybe, just maybe, they had a shot of really pulling this thing off, if enough people were willing.

CJ jumped at the sound of a male voice, and giggled quietly at herself for panicing. She quickly searched her pockets for her crappy little red lighter, and said a quick 'sure' that got muffled and lost in her throat like it always did when she was nervous or embarrassed. She handed over the lighter and stood back waiting for the boy to say something. She could hear the music blasting from his iPod. She respected people who could listen to music that loud, especially when the music was actually good.
'Jeez, you're destroying your lungs and ears at the same time. Impressive.' she said awkwardly. She hoped he wouldn't take the same approach to her other people seemed to; not many people understood her humour and it often made her look weird. She especially hoped [i]this[/] boy would get it; he was pretty hot. She liked the rugged look in guys and he had a strange accent that probably sounded sexy when he wanted it to. Trying to be inconspicuous, she fixed her hair so it the fringe flicked back in what she hoped was the cute way she could get it in the mirror. Looking down at her fingernails, CJ waited for the boy to say something, feeling really out of place.

Alex took the lighter from her hand, scratching the wheel down he held his cigarette over the flame burning it, after afew moments he put the cigarette in his mouth holding it in with his lips and stopped the flame. "Cheers." He said calmly, handing the small red lighter back to her. He looked towards the ground and dragged, before looking up and blowing the smoke out of his mouth into the air above him, carefull not to let the breeze carry the fumes into the girl's face. Alex had a very lighthearted sense of humor despite his overall serious look about him, he smiled and let out a slight chuckle and looked up at her again as she stared down at her fingernails "Are you okay?" he asked, "You look kind of...Upset." He said tilting his head alittle to try and meet her eyes with his. He wanted to comment on how cute she looked in that shy pose but didn't want to creep her out all of a sudden, his music still blaring but only awkwardly half as loud as before.

'Uh?' She looked up, taking back the lighter. 'Oh, yeah.. I'm fine.' She said looking up at his face. CJ hated looking in people's eyes; it always made her feel weird. She tried for a bit then gave up and settle looking at him mouth. Confident because he had laughed a little at her crappy joke then asked about her sounding genuinely concerned, she tried to make a little more conversation.
'What are you listening to? If it's that loud it must be something half decent.' She leaned heavily against the tree she was near and pulled out another smoke. Putting it in her lips, she lit the flame and sucked in so the cigerrette would light. She instantly got butterflies; she forgot that smoking affected her tongue ring, making her lisp worse. Praying to god that the boy either wouldn't notice or care, she took in another slow, big breath of smoke then let the cigerrette hang casually by her side.
