The Infinity Realm

Settings

a part of “The Infinity Realm”, a fictional universe by Luna Delta.

"Infinity", untouched by humans, was once a beautiful place. The spirits and creatures that lied within were once at peace, that is, before a gateway had opened up. That gateway, leading to the creation of Seven Deadly Sins. [More Inside]

Forest

The forest is a rather lush, beautiful place, the trees standing tall and nature blooming at it's fullest. If anything, it would seem to be one of the most least corrupt place in " Infinity ". The creatures within it however, though most maintain their purity and good-nature, some have turned into horrible monsters due to the corruption filling the regions nearby. The typical good spirits tend to run around, sending warnings to those visiting the forest, while the evil rot the forest away. The further into the forest you go, the more dead and disgusting it gets. The smell, putrid.

Section Two:

City

The city, full of different spirits out of this world, some ranging from scary, others to down right adorable. Yes, fluffy adorable. Though the city seems to be advancing rather quickly throughout the hundreds of years all the sins had finally all came together, it still seems to be rather... slow when it comes to the change in traditions, as well as transportation. Yes, trains have been created, but not subways or cars as of yet. The spirits believe in preserving what little left of their traditions they have left, some being to not pollute their environment for those who truly depend on it.

Of course, behind the scenes, ever city has it's flaws.

Though the business and residential distracts are fairly booming, in the very outer rims of the city lays the red-light district, and underneath the entire city lies the infamous black-market. Yes, those were there to begin with, but they we're a lot less violent and dangerous as they are now. Now, creatures of all types are starting to murder each other on the streets, slave trading beginning within the city for those corrupting spirits to gain more then they originally had.

Lord over Business and Residential District: Freya (Sin of Envy)
Lord over Red-light District: Entriangle (Sin of Lust)
Lord over Underground black-market District: Ciel (Sin of Pride)

[Red-light district is pretty much your average hooker/prostitution location, mixed in with a few strip clubs and such.]
[Business district is fairly known for it's food and pretty much where the 'everyday' spirits go to work and such.]
[Residential is basically homes of the spirits where you decide how much to tax, what needs to be, what the schools teach and what not. Yes, even creatures and spirits have school.]

Section 3

The Ocean {Below}
The Ocean sector is a rather intriguing area, spirits and creatures land and aquatic alike all live down in it, though the deeper one goes into the deep blue abyss, the stranger the creatures get. Sea monsters lurk, caged into the very bottom of the ocean close by where the ruler of the domain resides. However, visitors of " Infinity " and not the natural born residence are infected with a sort of toxin that can end up being rather deadly within forty-eight hours of staying inside the ocean domain unless you either leave it, or you are properly "introduced" to the ruler.

Symptoms of the Toxins
    High fever
    Nausea/Vomiting
    Paling of the skin until veins seem to turn 'clear', as well as skin
    Coughing of blood
    Lost appetite
    Death

In order to travel to other sectors, one must go by train which goes all around to the more known sectors. Once you leave the forest district however, you cross into the Never Ending Summer district, it will begin to go through water until it goes all the way under. There's been a myth that sometimes the train will end up taking you to a hidden sector if you stay on it until a certain time.

The Never Ending Summer {Upper}

A rather large town lays on both sides of the train tracks, a constant summer heat as well as the attitude of it's town people. The town relies on the fishing part of their everyday lives, and due to certain circumstances, it's gotten harder for them to fish, but their still finding a way to get by. They rely on the ruler to keep them "safe" from the sea monsters below and typically pay tribute as if they are a god, when the more dangerous sea monsters are most likely being locked away as a 'last resort' of some kind.

Section 4
The Never Ending Festival
Image
Image
A never ending festival, one that seems fairly typical in the very least. Once one enters, they slowly begin to forget the reason of why they came. They lose track of time, and the humans that wonder inside it without a proper guide (perhaps, a former human, or a spirit nonetheless). Though some get around this ideal sense of 'losing track' of why one game here with a nifty reminder her and there. Some of the spirits you first start talking too will even remind you if you ask politely!

Rides, games, and food are all there as well, so why not just sit back and have a good time?

Though some would most likely to disagree (yes, I'm looking at you Sins) this area is neutral territory for... bonding purposes.

TIMEZONE: Goes by the same time zone as the rest of the realm, but just so happens to forever be at a 'night' setting.

«The darkness feeds on your fear...
Until there is nothing left of you... »

Fear is what feeds the never ending darkness, may it come from you're memories or your goals... The darkness will feed on you. Your very soul. A never ending void of despair and torment, that only allows those bravest to face their fears to pass through it unscathed.

It'll use you're fears and past against you, turning you against your self... Trying to make you rip yourself a part inside and out. Trying to get you close enough for it to strike. To suck out every inch of you're spirit and powers, Sin or Virtue. The entity, said to be a ruler all on it's own. It was made as a 'self-defense' mechanism, to kill those who dare poison the land. Eventually, all humans, or former humans will be dragged in, and only if one makes it out are they accepted in the realm, fully.

Section 6
The Never Ending Winter
Image
Image

Primarily in nightfall, the sun only rises in this area for exactly an hour a day, which is when it's the fairly warmest you get. It's on the other side of the water district, and the train passes through the region to go in what seems like a complete circle around the world's more known areas in less then two weeks or so.

The area holds only a small village around the ruler's home, though not a single sound of laughter is to be hard much after the one hour of daylight. The villagers know how to better their time, and not to loiter around after dark if they value their lives. A vast amount of unseen creatures rest hidden within the snow, praying on those that wonder too far from home at night. Most of these creatures are not found anywhere else in the realm.

Without warning blizzards also have a tendency to kick up.
Ruler: Rae (Sin of Sloth)

Meeting "House" {Sins}
Image
(I ran out of gifs.... :'D)

This is where the Sins quickly locate when things need to be handled with each other. So problems like a revolt and what not are discussed here and whatnot. Some can chose to live her of there own free will if they so desire. Even when nothing serious happens, the Sins can randomly hold family 'reunions' randomly, be it a day after the last one or a month. After all, their pretty close except for a few. The house is found in the middle of the City section.

Hideout{Virtues}
Image

The hideout in borderline territory, somewhat with Sameal's territory as well as the City's limits. The hideout hasn't been exactly used as of yet by anyone besides Kouji, but Whisper tends to deliver his messages to the house if he cannot seem to find the time to do it by hand.

TIME ZONES

The timeszones are all the same throughout Infinity, but some seem to be stuck at a 'night' setting, such as The Never Ending Festival.

The Never Ending Winter is partially the same way, only getting an hour of actual sunlight before 'night' falls on it once more. So they could be at 9:30 A.M. and it would still be in a 'night' setting until 12:00 P.M. where that one hour of light comes into play.

Those two seem to be the only known exceptions to the 'normal' schedule of light (Morning, Afternoon, etc..)
