'Can I hotwire a car?'
Annie couldn't help the huge grin that spread across her face.
'I can't use a gun and i currently can't move for shit but this is my area.'
She leant down under the steering wheel of the car and started to play with the wires. It didn't take long. The engine roared into life. Annie hopped into the drivers seat.
'Strap in guys, I havent had this much fun in ages.'
When all the doors were closed she shot off up the street swerving around demons and the dead human bodies. She was heading back to the attic. Her supplies were there. After she had gathered her stuff they could find somewhere better to camp out. It had been so long since Annie had driven like this. Cars became useless when the demons took over. You couldn't dirve because you'd alert them to where you were and they would kill you. She smiled. The situation was a huge mess. It wasn't likely they would get out of this one but the game was on now. She skidded to a halt outside the house she was staying in.
'Out you get, my driving wasn't that bad.'
She pulled herself out of the car and limped towards the house. They would have to be quick. It wouldn't help any of them to get stuck in an attic with only one way down blocked by demons.
