"So we're clear right? We want to do our best to make friends. That means Simon, no being a smart-ass, and Cally..." Sonya was leaning against the side of the elevator, one leg crossed behind the other casually, shoe rested against the metal. The platinum blonde woman trailed off, waving her hands vaguely. "Cally... don't be..."

"Cally? Don't be Cally? I'm certain that's what you're looking for." Simon's grin was a mixture of quietly self-satisfied and friendly, jokey. You weren't quite sure if he was mocking you, or just teasing. The dark haired Brit was watching the number at the top of the elevator pass by, floor by floor.

Sonya rolled her eyes. "No, Simon. Cally just needs to be... a quieter version of Cally, for a while."

The girl in question was staring at her reflection in the mirror that adorned the side of the elevator, adjusting her dyed red hair with ginger pushes and touches. "Yeah yeah, I get it, no blowing anything up. Are we nearly there yet?"

"That's not exactly what I mea-" Sonya began, before abruptly... "Ding!"

The three occupants of the elevator turned in unison to face the door and the two agents standing outside. Sonya stepped forwards, propelling herself off of the wall with a gentle flick of her heel. "Afternoon." she said in greeting, putting on her best smile. Which wasn't fantastically charming, like that of Simon behind her, or believably 'kooky' like Callysta's; but it was a smile nonetheless.

First contact had been made. One small step for Sonya, one giant leap for-- was that a talking dog?
