Koran was wide awake, he could never get any sleep now because of the excessive noise. Ever since the murder incident security around the borders has quadrupled! This pour town never stops being harassed by a constant wave of idiotic soldiers trying to get a drink before their long shifts. It has truly turned into a town that never sleeps. As he sat looking out his window he thought of Marv, he wondered if he too was somewhere carrying on like an idiot. He really hoped not. Koran got up from his chair and walked out of his room, he went into the closest bar and sat down at a table. The bar maiden walked over to him, she was a friendly lady that was very good looking; the soldiers all tried their luck with her. "Well hey there Koran, how are you tonight." He smiled at her and noticed some buffoons staring at her. "I'm alright...no one is giving you any trouble tonight I hope." She gave him a sad look and then nodded. "They are keeping their hands off of me tonight, thank god for that. But after what you did to that one guy I don’t think I’ll ever have any problems again." She said putting a hand on his solider. He looked around the bar; he knew that as soon as drinks were served things would get messy regardless of his being there. "Ya he won't see any pretty girls out of that eye for awhile." She smiled and walked off to go get him a drink.
It had been about two hours now and they were getting rilided up. Two fights had almost broken out and some of the men were getting touchy feely with the bar maidens. Then one crossed the line, he spanked Koran's friend right on the butt. As Koran stood his chair fell out from under him, he took a full out run at the man and tackled him over. He began to attack the man mercilessly. "YOU BASTARD NEVER TRY THAT AGAIN!" After Koran felt the man had enough he stopped punching and stood up. Everyone else was quiet just staring at him. "Let’s go." He said to the bar maiden with his hand extended. She took it and the two fled from the bar.
