((Sorry if it seems like I'm stalling XD. Waiting for Caramel to make her post and then everybody is out of the apartment :P))

“Hehe,” Nao chuckled, as Akemi placed a hand over her mouth, only to be repelled by the crumbs that covered it. She stuck out her tongue and licked all around her lips, until all the tasty confection was gone. “I guess I better go too then,” she said, as she rocked back and forth on the floor, picking up enough momentum to just pop up like a jack-in-the-box. Her feet paced in place underneath her as she got ready. One. Two. Three. Take off. With that, she skipped in her usual manner, floating around the house like what one could only call a very graceful cyclone.

Her room was on the far side of the apartment and she shared it with Hahenko. At first she tried not to make a lot of noise, just in case Hahenko was somewhere among the clutter sleeping, but she forgot about the whole quiet thing pretty quickly. All she wanted to do was find that flowery top! After tossing everything out of her drawers and onto the floor, she finally found it hanging on the closet doorknob. She held it up to her nose and smelled it (yeah, it was still good), before slipping the strappy and flowing pink shirt over her head. She twirled around in the mirror (four times, like always), observing herself. There wasn’t much she could do for her hair. Luckily, it was already in its natural waves. All she had to do was flip it upside down, brush it a little, and then flip it back up to have fluffy and bouncy locks. Her shorts were just fine and she replaced her striped socks with a pair of black ballet flats. Her breath, however, was another thing. And she just had to run into the bathroom and brush her teeth. She didn’t really remember what she drank the other night… but it had one bad aftertaste… She didn’t even know if it was the drink at all!… At the thought of it, she gagged a little and broke out the mouthwash as well.

Funny… this was all done in around five minutes.

“Wake up Hahenko!” Nao said, at last to her roommate before running back into the kitchen. She plopped down on the bed, bouncing up and down until it creaked and groaned underneath her weight (which wasn’t that much… But… donuts). “We’re going to be late!” But… her roommate was still… Nao leaned forward, closer to the girl… Well, she was still breathing. Nao smiled deviously and bent down right beside her friend’s ear. “Meow,” she whispered, before jumping up off of the bed, her hands clinched in front of her (expecting Hahenko to whack her in the face). When she realized she was safe, she chuckled and ran back out of the room and into the kitchen.
