Amei chuckled at the play, trying to hide it and keep it on the down-low. She usually laughs quite loud, but she had to control herself, one of her flaws. She stood up when the act finished, even though no one could see it. She heard her name being called and went onto the stage. She forgot her guitar so she had to run back and retrieve it.
After going back on the stage, she took a few long deep breaths before staring out at the crowd.
"Hey there. I'm Amei and I'm going to sing Teenage Dreams, but i'm going to slow it down a bit." She said, a small smile on her lips.

She sang quietly at first, then her voice got louder and the acoustics from the guitar were going great. She hit almost all the notes perfectly, just the odd one here and there. Near the end her voice got gentle again and finished the song.
Although there wasn't as much applause like the previous act, Amei was very pleased with herself as she walked off the stage and put her guitar back in the case.
She took a seat ready for the next act, next to a random person.
