An entire hour? Nate thought, his heart dropping into is stomach. I hope I'll get back to the Academy by curfew. Despite his dismay, Nate kept quiet. He didn't want to insult Venus by accident, or make him feel disliked. Besides, if he used his Musiks, it probably wouldn't take as long to get back into the city.
"Do you think we should exchange phone numbers or something?" He asked, his question directed to both of his colleagues. "I don't live anywhere near you, Venus, and I'm not sure where you live, Lazette, but it probably won't be close. If we're going to be fighting the Noise together, we should probably keep in touch."
