Isabel half crawled out of the vehicle and dragged her wheeled suitcase down the strip for the final checks. She looked around the spaceport, considering her family. Her brothers would love to see a place like this. In fact, Pablo was in the millitary, training to be a space pilot. She had to hurry to make her own flight, but she did stop to take a picture for him. This project was supposed to be secret, but she couldn't leave her family without telling them something. So she told them she was taking a special class that requires a lot of hands-on work. How could it get more hands-on then heading to a whole new world with whole new species? She would be the first to see it!

Her excitement completely wiped away her exhaustion of the late hour or early hour; however one wants to think about it, and she started running with her single suitcase trundling along behind her. Unfortunately, suitcases weren't meant to move at such a speed and she lost her grip on it and it fell over. Grumbling to herself, she stopped running and picked up the suitcase, making sure the antiquated fastenings were still secure. This suitcase was actually one of the ones her parents used when they first came to the country. Since it was still in good condition, Isabel didn't waste money buying a brand new one. Every penny counts when you start with nothing.

After securing her belongings again, she continued at a slower speed, checked in her luggage and moving through all the irritating checkpoints until finally making it to the medbay. One good thing about the hour was she didn't have to wait in a line, until she got to the medbay. Someone was there ahead of her, a guy who was a bit taller than her. She froze and looked him over, considering if she should talk to him or not.
