"So how are you both liking the new serving girl? You think shes cut out for working here? Same question for the new bouncer too.."

West gave a curt nod to Namira as she thanked him, easily ignoring her tardy comment as if it hadn't been made. It didn't matter much anyhow. He could only sport half grin as his boss guzzled the glass of alcohol in record time. Before she even motioned for him to get to work on a second one, he was a step ahead only nodding a second time when she did so, and in under a minute he was reaching across the bar top to hand her a second. This time it wasn't a double, while she needed the drink, she also didn't need to be completely drunk after a few drinks either. As he did so, West was listening to her proposition with curious ears. At the word early, his posture slouched as he dramatically collapsed into Lia, letting out an audible groan. "Earrrly?" He felt the need to ask even though he knew he had heard her correctly the first time. Eyes narrowing, he shifted his weight, dropping his elbows to the bar top. "A ridiculous amount of money, you say?" He added as an after thought. Of course he would do the job, he just felt the need to make a scene first. "Alright, alright. I'll do it. No need to twist my arm about it." West remarked be standing straight. "Meanwhile, I'm gonna go make some money. - Lia, don't let our lovely employer get to drunk. She still needs to sign our checks."

And with a sly grin and wave over his shoulder, West was off on the opposite end of the bar intent on persuading that brunette from before that is was only fair that she share some of her money with him.

(Eh, sorry this one's not to great I don't think. I'm lacking the ability to come up with clever remarks at the moment. West's usually witty-er than this. )
