Michaline spurred Ebony, and the horse whinnied and took off. She skillfuly manuvered the horse within the narrow town streets, soon outrunning the gang that had been after them. As they made it to the town's borders, she slowed Ebony up a bit, letting the tired horse slow down. As they trotted, she set her course for the Covenant. She glanced behind her a few times, making sure none of the people were after them still. "Are you okay?" She could feel the anger still coursing within her demon.
