Tasha yanked a brush anxiously through her long brown hair. She had been awake for hours.
Anxiety squirmed in her stomach; her over-large stomach.She had been out of school for months now, struggling to figure out what she was going to do about this. About the child growing within her. She knew the father; he didn't, but she did. Only she did. She didn't know if she wanted to tell him. Not even her best friends knew why she had been gone for so long.
Now, with only a few months left, she had decided to return to school.
She was beginning to wonder if that was entirely wise...
