"Hey Dei!" Ianto called cheerfully after the dark haired girl as she entered the room, dressed in black as usual.

Glancing at Myro, who seemed to have injured his ankle, he got up and went back to get seconds, waiting in the short breakfast line so that he could get another bowl of the bland oatmeal. Sitting back at the table he sighed, stomach growling as he dug in, spooning the gooey food into his mouth and scraping the bowl clean when he finished.

"So anyway, I'm Ianto," he smiled at the redhead that sat down at their table. "Welcome to the crazy house." he had to bite his lip to keep from laughing at the second part, which he knew was totally untrue, since Lyle House was not in fact a home for troubled teens, or at least not normal teenagers.
Absently, he looked up at the clock and sighed. "Breakfast is just about over. Anyone not going to eat their seconds? I'll gladly take them..." he trailed off, stomach growling once more. Quickly he came up with an excuse accompanied by a grin, "Fast metabolism. It's a pain in the butt."
