Lance heard Trey warning and leaped over the hole at a smaller section. Due to reacting at the last second he almost fell in but gained his composure quickly. "Allow me to check real quick," Lance said as he hopped down into the hole. His landing steps gave off no sound by letting 7 quick small bursts of sound waves at about 100 million hertz so no living creature could detect them, but it would disorientate any bats that came into contact with the sound. It was a matter of seconds before he looked back up the opening of the hole. "Someone is down here along with many large structures that resemble cars and motorcycles. However they seem to be very futuristic in their design." Lance started to where he detected the person on the other side of the garage.

As he was passing near a door it flung open and a wolf pounced out at Lance. Quickly, without taking a second to assess the situation fully, Lance pulled out his tuning fork and hit the wolf out of the air at the same time as sending sound waves into the creature. The wolf hit its back on a cement beam with a slight booming sound and fell to the ground motionless. The loud noise came from the sound waves abruptly exiting the wolf's body and hitting the cement, and this would most likely be what many others would think as well. Lance turned his head to where it landed with a frown on his face. "I am sorry canine, I wish you didn't have to see your last day this time. May your soul find peace where ever it travels." Lance paused for a moment and bowed his head as if to pray for the creature. It was clear Lance felt horrible for what he had done to the wolf, even though it was only in order to defend himself in the spur of the moment. As Lance continued on to find the person in the area it seemed he still wasn't getting over killing the wolf.
