Exodus stared at Alyss as he moved the piece up the ladder. Squeezing the dice in his hands, his knuckles going briefly white, the redhead tossed the dice almost violently against the ground, staring at it hungrily before moving his piece the appropriate amount of spaces. As his piece moved one more space, managing to elude the chute's mouth, he seemed to relax.

He was catching up to Alyss' piece, seeing as the ladder hadn't been that long anyway.

"What time is it?" he demanded of the butler, as his stomach rumbled ever so softly, reminding the Earl that he had yet to eat this morning. He could still hear the rain lashing against the window. And he needed to change. Suddenly, he stood up. "Enough for today," he ordered, before stepping out into the hall.

"Prepare for today's meetings," he rapped over his shoulder. "I intend to practice piano before the Duke gets here."
