*Annabeth sat leaning against a log at camp sharpening a stick with her dagger. she looked up when she heard something. * Percy? * She called since it was a while since he went to get firewood and junk. She stood up and looked into the shadows. She then gasped when she saw two neon green eyes glaring back at her. The monster changer towards her growling, she panicked and just stabbed the monster in the shoulder with her now needle sharp stick making it howl out in pain. she then took out her knife while it was distracted, and stabbed it square in the heart watching it turn to golden dust before her widened eyes. A hand raised to her collarbone realizing that she was cut, but not deeply. she ripped some of her shirt off exposing her side and sat down holding the make shift cloth against the wound.
