The food looked absolutely delicious, James had only known Akiko for a short time, but he knew she was an excellent cook. He partially agreed with Yuki a man would be lucky to have Akiko cook for him every day as a wife and if Yuki's word was anything to go by Akiko would act worlds different than she did now if any man were to win her heart. Of course he never expressed any of this aloud lest he be beat again by Akiko, but still it was his opinion of her up to this point. His train of thought was interrupted from going any further when two of the towns hunters came through with another human survivor, unscathed as it would seem to be. 'And I thought I was lucky only getting away with a bruised body, most of the guys don't even have a scratch on them.' he thought astounded by the fact.

Everyone except Hige, the new survivor, himself, and the human girls had taken from the plate to eat. Seeing as the girls really shouldn't be up and about even for food, especially Rowan, James brought the food to them in their cots. He brought the entire plate of onigiri to them allowing them to choose the ones they wanted without having him touch them at all. By the time both Rowan and Lisa had chosen their rice balls Kale had come walking in as Akiko went out and they bumped into each other. As comical as they sight might have been Kyle had important news from the council. they would allowed to be lived as long as they abide by the rules of the island and pulled their own weight, a fair deal to be sure even with nekos being assigned to keep watch over them.

"So in other words your gonna be the one watching over me. Eh, I don't have to much of a problem with that. I can't imagine they already have the houses for our lodgings ready just yet so I guess for the first night we will all stay here, then again I could be wrong." he said as he reach for an onigiri before Akiko swiped the one he was reaching for away for herself. He only sighed not wanting to get into an argument of a piece of food and simply chose a different one. Turning his attention to Yuki he saw Kale behind her rubbing her ears. "Kale it is a bit rude to touch people in such a way without permission, please stop that before you get hurt and anger our hosts."
