Rose sat up, and rubbed her eyes. "W-where am I?" She wondered, trying to stand up, she got up for a second, but fell back down into the sand. "I-is anyone else here?"
She felt a tear drip down her sandy face, I'm alone. She thought, her one true fear was being alone, and now it was a reality, she was stuck on a deserted island, with no one.
She wiped away the tear and walked along the beach until she spotted a figure. She walked forward, realizing that it was someone from the cruise that she remembered bumping into a few times.
She jogged over to him, "Hi, Julian right?" She said, "do you know if there is anyone else here?" She asked, a pleading tone in her voice as she looked at him. "Um.. did you see my boyfriend, Nathan? He's about this tall, lazy, messy black hair."
Rose bit her lip nervously, praying that this guy would know where Nathan was, she just wasn't ready to lose him.
She sat down on the ground and watched the water wash up on the sand, "I hope someone else is here." She sighed, picking up some sand in her hand and letting it fall out through her fingers.
