Deja vu. The police, the rumors, the suspicions. It was all happening again just like it did exactly one year ago. But this time Yomi, my best friend, was by my side. The police stayed only for a short while and they left without gaining any information at all. It wasn't like me, or Yomi were going to tell them anything about the Otherworld. That was OUR secret. It had been a few days since Yuu, another one of my friends had dissapeared. At first, we concluded that she was sick and she would return the next day. But our suspicions were confirmed today when she was declared missing. Yomi had stayed for dinner and we were up in my room just sitting there not knowing what to think. What could we think? That ANOTHER human had just got into the Otherworld by a unknown reason? "She has to be there! There's no other explanation!" I murmurer as Yomi turns her head. "Even though, how do we go back? I don't even know how we got there in the first place." Yomi started playing with one of her hair locks nervously. "Mato. I think I know why Yuu disappeared to....'there'." I blink and stare at her confused. "It is the same reason I got there." "What?" I question, impatient for the answer. Yomi sighed. "When I first went to the Otherworld I was jealous of Yuu being so close to you. I've already told you that Dead Master merged with me and the jealous feelings allowed her to take over me." I quickly jump to my feet. "No way! Do you think that was what happened with Yuu?!" Yomi just looks down at the ground still playing with her hair as she whispers, "I don't think. I KNOW that that was what happened." She stands up and grabs both of my hands. "Mato! She's jealous of you and I! I know, because I've been there myself. I only recently noticed that Yuu was starting to act strange. She must have been holding it all in from last year." I turn away and fall on my bed stunned. A wave of mixed emotions hit me as I try to deny what was happening. "So...so.... I caused this? Again?" I can't hold it back any longer as I start to sob. "Its all my fault! I should've noticed! Why am I always like this? First you, then Yuu! What the hell's wrong with me? Can't we all just get along?" I feel Yomi sit on the edge of the bed and she wraps her arms around me. "Mato, please don't think that way. I forgave you already and whats done is done. You saved me and I am so thankful for that. Now we have to save Yuu. Let me help you. Don't take this all on yourself. Its partly my fault too." I didn't say anything. I couldn't say anything. Why do I have to be so stupid? How the hell was I supposed to bring her back?
