Angie gave a deep sigh as the panic behind the kitchen became a quite buzzing. "Ahh," she said wiping sweat off of her brow with her forearm and taking a deep drink of water from a glass she had set aside. Fitz was taking a phone call, so she thought to grab a fry from behind him. Out of nowhere, they were swept away by Mikey. "Hey!" she said urgently. She gave a pout as he disappeared through the kitchen doors. "Damn I was hungry too." She decided nothing could be done for it and it would better to just make more. She poured some into the fryer and waited as the grease popped and sizzled. She gave a jump as grease popped onto her arm. "Ow!" she gave a little shriek.

She went over to the sink and rinsed her arm off to cool the burning. Accidents were bound to happen in the kitchen. She pushed back the little bit of pain and picked the fries out of the fryer. She waited for the grease to drain before plating them. She put them behind Fitz and crossed her arms across her chest waiting for them to cool.

She noticed Tabitha sitting behind the door. "Ya know, you're gonna get stepped on if ya sit there. Why don't ya come on over and grab a fry? It'll make ya feel better." She waited for the clock to tick away and decided that she would make herself some blackened catfish while the day was winding down. She grabbed the seasoning from the shelf and went to grab the fish from the freezer. She sat about making it, humming the whole while. She figured it couldn't hurt to make Fitz a plate too.
