He noticed that she had lost some of her composure, and he knew why. He always had this affect on the she-cats. Others call it charisma, he called it a gift.

"What's so bad about the streets?" He knew exactly what was bad about the streets, having lived there for years now. The trash, cold, grime and lonliness. Something he was sure Anna had not yet felt, and hopefully never would. "We could go find your friends." He twitched the end of his tail. "Unless, you know, it's too cold for you," he teased lightly.

Naoko had scented quite a few other males here. It seemed that they too were attracted to this home. Why? He didn't know. He held out his hand for her to hold if she wished, eyes flickering to the door.
