S-9 rose in the corner of the work room. He'd been charging off an outlet in the wall, and had gone on standby mode to give Elsa and Nick some privacy while they worked. As soon as he sensed the word "handguns" had been said he was up. "Okay, now you guys get some rest. No sense in falling asleep in the middle of a firefight." He stepped closer to the counter and began to search for his guns. When he saw them he snatched them up and began to examine them. "Nice work, Doc."

AUGER, at almost the same time, was just finishing the plans for the trip to Earth. He'd already arranged a meeting with Senator Voltome, who was currently in Romahi on business. If what the information he'd gathered from Sentinel was true (and it was, as he had copies of his audio-logs that included the faint recording of Gabriel's headset), they were going to be in for a wild ride. At least they might find out what he had wanted with Gabriel.

He knew the best-case scenario for this trip would be to meet Voltome, find out the location of the base, and do what Silverose does best, but he couldn't help but hesitate. Things were never that simple for the team. Plus they had to deal with the now almost reckless Sentinel brand of justice if any hard proof that Voltome was corrupt came to light. But this was the best plan, or as much as he could come up with with the information provided.
