Abegail took the cigarette and surpressed a cough as she inhaled. Scotch was easier to handle. Abegail chuckled at Walter's joke. "No more taxi's. We should steal a cart." Abby smiled.
"I don't need a bed. Just someplace where we can lock the door." Abegail closed her eyes. She was used to sleeping at her desk. That didn't bother her. She just wanted some security and peace while she worked. Abegail nodded, her eyes still closed as Walter continued talking. She was slightly startled when he took her hand. She opened her eyes and looked at him. She nodded at his assurance. "I know it will, it has to be. Otherwise what is the point, aye?" Again she smiled.
Abegail waited for Walter to move. When he was ready they would find a way to the train.
