Emily silently bent down, balancing on the balls of her feet, to help the stranger pick up the pieces of broken table up and place them inside the small box created by the flipped over larger halves. She stood up when she heard her friends coming. She wasn't too sure what to do. She figured since when she looked up again the boy was no longer there, that he wasn't really up for talking to them. She strode over toward her friends and the door. " I um, found a match in the drawer. But honestly, I really think we should just get the hell out o here. This place is creepy. " at this point she wasn't even sure I what she had seen was real; maybe it was just her imagination, or maybe it truly was a ghost.
