Striker starred back at brother Winthrow and then in a forceful, yet calm tone he answered, "Well the first thing that we need to do is to gather what we'll need to set the fire. Then we will need weapons, although I have no idea what we could use to kill it. What will harm it? kill it!" Luckily for the monks they were standing right by the little supply shed where they kept their farming tools, there were only a few pitchforks, an odd axe, or perhaps some wood saws in the shed. Brothers Peter and Carlson took charge of the distribution of these farming implements, the irony that these items had once been used to cultivate life, but would now serve as a means to destroy a lifeform, was not lost on the monks. Brother Striker and the female pilot hunted down some petrol which the monks had used in lanterns, having become obsolete after the installation of the giant mirrors that once hung throughout the ship. Once they had gathered all the necessary ingredients for their own personal holocaust of fire, it was time for Striker to lay out the plan. "Okay guys. Sorry, and you Kaira. Here is the plan." Striker turned his head to the vast fields as he explained what he had in mind. "Well, there is a slight change in my plan, now that we have discovered this 50 gallon drum of petrol. First, we will all take some of the gas and dowse several rows of wheat, making several paths leading to the farthest edge of the fields. There we will place the drum. The idea is to get the creature to chase one of us as that person runs toward the drum. On each side of the drum two of us will be crouched down in the wheat, as we wait for the creature to approach the drum. We will both light our torches and toss them at the base of the drum. The drum will have a small leak in it. Its quite simple. Light the torch, toss it and then run away. If everything works out well the drum with explode and kill the creature."
