Vann was taking a break from all the partying and training, he was sitting on a bench drinking a potion (From the FF series) when he noticed an average guy walking along, he seemed to be one of those DBZ people so Vann stood up, drunk the rest of the potion and walked up behind him. "Dragon Ball is good and everything but One Piece is better," he said to the guy, he stood enough away so that a punch wouldn't hit him should the guy suddenly turn around. When the guy did turn around Vann blew some smoke in his face.
