Armarx, Vixi's single orbitting moon.
The entire surface of the rock, which is aproximately 1/10th the square milage of Salus, is covered in a vast miliary complex. Armax and Vixi have a symbiotic relationship, in that Vixi provides its moon with easy access to the a massive trading hub, and in turn Armax protects Vixi's pacifistic inhabitants.
The moon is ruled by a council of eleven members. Their laws are not slavish or unreasonable, but they are strictly enforced. The carrying of a weapon is legal, but firing of it is strictly prohibited save for firing ranges and self defence, though the latter is a very rare occurance: to attack someone in this stronghold is to ask to be caught.
