Julia watched Draco leave and then sighed softly to herself. She did not mean to insult Draco, but even she thought the shirt was a foolish purchase. Chuckling to herself and thinking about how she was so lucky to be here with him, she gathered the bags and went to store everything away into their cabin. She began to busy herself by adding a few homey touches before going to join Draco at the pen.
Meanwhile, a dark shadow wandered onto the ranch. The man watched as Julia left Draco and smiled to himself. Taking a step toward her, he pulled back and shook his head. It wasn't time for that yet. Straightening his attire, the man silently walked to the horses' pens and observed Draco as he tended to Saracen. "My, my. What a lovely creature you have there. Be careful, you wouldn't want it to get hurt now," the man said with a grin. The man was John.
