Garrison felt what little color his skin had managed to retain disappear from his face the second Rebecca brought up her little angels. While his charge absolutely adored them, the bodyguard found something about children to be awfully creepy. They were tiny and animated and always asking questions with the most obvious answers. Garrison had done his best to avoid regular interaction with the human part of the world the best he could and this had made him rather use to overly aware adults sitting around like statues all day. Children were alien, strange little things that should be poked with a stick before approaching and the troupe Rebecca loved oh so much were more so the spawn of Satan than any vampire could ever hope to be. "I'll bag, sweep and purge ever speck in the room," he said in a rather feeble voice, sounding rather like a dog threatened with a vacuum.

When Rebecca chose to ride in the Phantom, Garrison found himself humored yet again, shaking his head and chuckling as he thumbed through the keys. The car was big, sturdy and pricey as hell to boot. Garrison suggested stealing it more than once to her before she wrote out the check and only her steely resolve and the possibility of dinging up the sweet ride convinced him to wait patiently and not break anything. Of course, he got his revenge on that greasy haired car dealer when he went back to his office to find his desk ripped in half.

Garrison jogged in front of Rebecca, reaching the car just in time to unlock the doors and hold the shotgun door open for her before she reached it. He waved his free hand with a comical flourish as she stepped inside the vehicle, messy snow white hair bobbing up and down on his head as he half-slammed the door behind her, ran over to the hood and slid over it Dukes of Hazard style, and tugged his own door open on the other side to hop into his own seat. Jabbing the key into the ignition and turning it sharply, Garrison roared the engine to life, the sound barely reaching their ears from the other side of the thick windows on each side.

"You know, I might be more willing to drive this thing on my own accord if you let me add that nitro system I keep bringing up, hint hint, Christmas is on the way," he muttered, smacking the garage door opener and peeling out of the parking spot, just barely missing the ascending door as they sped off. In the back of his mind, Garrison began using his radiesthesia to feel out for the next few miles ahead. While he hated human traffic laws, knowing that his reflex than any sober human, he knew better than to go speeding by a cop would mean either five minutes of getting a ticket or half an hour of a game of cat and mouse with local authorities.

As humans parked on the side of the road that he assumed were cops began popping up on his mental radar, Garrison began to slow down, easily meeting the speed limit as he began passing them. Tapping his fingers impatiently on the steering wheel, Garrison looked over at Rebecca from the corner of his eye and asked casually as he could, "So, how close do you think to pulling the big plan?" The question had been chewing at him for the last month, but asking Rebecca visibly stressed her out. Garrison wouldn't ask it at all were it not for his impatient nature. Turning his head to look at her flawless face, he waited for an answer.
