Kailee sat by the window snapping pictures of the frost patterns forming on the pane, the delicately falling snow flakes outside, or the vulgar doodles on the table she was sitting at and occasionally writing help on the fogged up windows. She leaned her head against the window to get a better look at the snow outside and made a disgusted sound when the freezing glass pressed against her face.

She immediately pulled away and glared at the window "Stupid cold. Why the heck can't snow be warm?"
Kailee pulled her long dark brown hair from the pony tail holder and ran her fingers through it to separate the curls and then pulled her thin sweater closer to her body. Why hadn't anyone left the stupid heating system on?
