Karmen wasn't sure why she had even gotten IN the car. But now it was to late, and their was no turning back. Then again their was nothing to turn back to, with her life a growing dump. People said it would get better as she got older, but now were they? Making her life a dump along with the rest of the world. So could this really be much worse? They drove up to some communal building and she frowned. Was this some joke? He opened her door and gestured out. Sighing, she got out despite her doubts and followed him to an elevator. The man got in and pushed one of the many buttons on the side then stepped out. She almost followed him but the doors closed behind him and she was trapped in this glass door elevator. With a jolt the elevator began to descend where she saw glimpses of people. Some were fighting each other, some were shooting a variety of guns at targets. Some stopped and glanced at the elevator and she glanced away embarassed but they got back to doing whatever they were doing soon after.

After what seemed like a lifetime, the elevator car finally stopped and opened, she was greeted by a man who seemed to be losing his hair but was dressed in a fancy suit that she only saw people in movies wear. Their was a boy sitting behind him and her cheeks flushed. Why didn't she realize someone else would be here? Well this was a huge mistake. Maybe she should just go back up the elevator and-
Before she could even finish the thought the doors closed and she was trapped in the room with the tidy man and other boy.
"I believe that you are Karmen correct?"
She nodded and sat down in the nearest chair, not wanting to really talk right at the moment.
