Myddrin nodded to Bregon. "If you would go before me, sir. I have one last thing to attend to out here." at that, she began walking across the plaza at a brisk pace, pausing by Tristan and Julian.

She made to look as if she were admiring Tristan's horse, but her hand was shifting. There. She made to look like she lost her balance and reached out to Julian for balance. Silver flashed out from her hand for an instant and a fresh line of red appeared on Julian's back. Of course, he only thought it was because she'd used him to stabilize herself. Mumbling an apology for her brief interruption, Myddrin walked back to Bregon and the tavern, silently praising herself.


Julian watched the girl that approached them from the corner of his eye, watching as she stumbled and wincing as she caught herself on him, his muscles tensing and sending a fresh flash of pain from his back. The girl walked away.

Julian blinked. He didn't remember his vision being this blurry before. "I- I need to get to Geius. I-" Julian fell into a coughing fit and he collapsed on the ground.
