In the morning, I still hadn't come up with a solution. I showered, changed, and let down my hair. Today's outfit was still a bad girl outfit. I didn't think of anything at all, redarding the situation. So, instead, I bought a huge basket of fruits and hoped that if I talk openly, it would help.
The shop owner seemed to be slightly terrified of me after seeing my maroon eyes and realizing who I am. But he also seemed slightly shocked, probably because I am, after all, seventeen years old. To calm him, I bought a ton of chocolate and had it added to the basket, then didn't ask for change after paying.
I carried the basket to the shop. The best thing to do was to be open and hope that the owner and anyone talking to me had never heard the name of V.C. Shadows though maroon eyes aren't normal human eye colors. Maybe in demons, though.
I knocked on the door, setting down the basket and waiting for someone to open the door.
