“Do you greet every junior you meet in this fashion?” She seemed puzzled, trying to slowly work out the current situation she had been in. The senior had apparently perched her on top of his own shoes like a little girl and began to dance with her, it was a bit odd but she was still able to see why he would do it. “So…your saying that anyone born with male genitalia at the school I shouldn’t trust. But you’re my friend and I should trust you…..” A hundred watt smile quickly broke across her features and she looked up into his eyes, beaming. “If your trying to persuade me from being nice to you, it didn’t work. In fact, I think your an even better friend than before! “ In Maya’s mind, people were good and kind and dishonestly was rewarded with a severed finger so she merely thought that Silas’s words were meant to protect her. “ Its nice to see someone care about the type of people I should trust.”

Thinking about his words for a moment, she reached up and gently grasped his chin, tilting it from side to side. “You may look like a prince but you don’t act like one”,she said with a good natured chuckle,”But then again, if just five people in this room acted completely like prince charming than this would quickly become a very boring school year.” Her small hand slid down from his face before smoothing out the folds of her extra long skirt. He was such a handsome boy who didn’t know the potential he had, it kind of made Maya feel sorry for him. Then again, pity wasn’t really her game. “By the way, everyone at this school seems real nice so I’m not particularly sure if I should trust your judgement or not.Though your lack of faith in people could be possible based on a bad experience in family or in friends..... so your not exactly the best person to get relationship advice from." Tilting her head upwards, she studied the auditorium light fixtures on her right, the light illuminating her pale face with a strange glow causing her to look somewhat divine. “But in the end, who knows?
