Reno could tell with the look on her face that she had not expected his answer entirely. He smirked, following her inside. There were shelves upon shelves of books lined up and he took a second to marvel in the elaborate collection. It was quite extensive. He was sure that they would be able to find piles of information on whatever she was searching for.
He glanced back to Kyra and raised a brow peculiarly. Why would a cat want to know about birds? It was quite random to him and he wanted to understand why.
He pursued her, hungering the answer that he so longed for.
"Human behavior? And what is all this about....bluebirds? What do you need to know?" His eyes lowered and inspected the novel in her clutches. She seemed to be trying to hide the cover from him in a way. As if she were harboring some secret, concealing something about herself that she didn't want others knowing. Which made Reno even more longing to perceive this mystery about his new..associate.
"What is it with you and dogs?" He asked cordially, he didn't want her to be anywhere near offended so he asked her gently. He cared for her, for some reason. He wasn't sure if it was because she was the first person to listen to him in years, or because he wanted to. It was odd to him.
