Daisy listened intently to his story, trying to catch the finer detail. This Master Godwin seemed to be like a father to him but Daisy assumed it wasn't his real father, she had yet to really see a human call their father a Master. She learnt that he couldn't teleport, which was a suprise to her, it must've been the Master Godwin who teleported him here. Her thoughts about Godwin not being his real father was comfirmed when he started to talk about. But apparently humans had set fire to their house, which made Daisy clench her fists. Humans were so primal, kill what you're afraid of. From her few years here she had noticed that most humans were single minded but there were a few exceptions to that.

She sensed the shame and grief in his voice, as much as she hated serious conversations she knew that he had to get it off his chest. She soon found out the rest of his story, how his master had teleported him, giving up his own life to save another. It was heroic in all sences of the word and that was a human Daisy probably would have been proud of to meet. "Don't worry, I guess it must feel a bit better talking about it. And my lips are sealed, don't worry about it." She told him with a comforting smile and a small shrug. "And your Master Godwin seemed like quite the man, you must be proud to have had him as a Master. Think about that, not the last memory you've had of him, burning. No one wants to be remembered like that. But remember what he did for you and don't ever forget it. I'm not the best with human emotion but that's the strongest love I've ever heard of here yet. So don't be too sad, celebrate his life, it's what we do in the demon world." She told him with a small smile, trying to help his grief.

"And he didn't go out in vain, he's probably up in Heaven right now, you know. From what you've said about him, it doesn't seem too much like he would end up where I come from, if that makes you feel any better." She told him, her eyes scanning around the room once more, wondering how Jinx really was feeling about it. She had never had anyone give up their life for hers, in fact, it was a humorous thought.
