Geius dropped what he was doing, literally, when Tristan and the girl came in with Julian.

"What happened?" he exclaimed, dashing over to the table to check on his ward. "He's been poisoned." He answered his own question.

He roughly flipped the injured boy over and tore off his shirt to fully expose the wounds beneath. One of them, the most recent one had a purple tinge surrounding it, and the nearly skin seemed to be graying to a similar color. Geius stared in horror at the gruesome wound, but quickly recovered. Snatching the pot of water, which he had been about to use to make his breakfast, from the table, he grabbed a sponge and began to clean the blood from Julian's back. After he finished, he quickly analyzed the purple wound again before he moved to one of his books. He went through it as fast as he could, which wasn't really that fast, and made a sound of triumph when he found what he was looking for.

"Poison of the Luriam plant." Geius traced his finger down the page, muttering under his breath, but his head suddenly snapped up to look at Tristan and the girl. "Where is the thing that cut him? Quick- we may not have much time."
Julian began squirming and making noises from his place on the spare bed, making Geius frown. "Correction. We don't have much time."


Myddrin waved Bregon into the tavern after her. Taking a seat in the corner, she smiled up at the man.

"Please, sit. I have many questions."
