Willow stood completely still as the cuffs were removed. She was unsure of what was going and it was terrorizing her insides. Why was he being so nice? She honestly hadn't meant to hurt the guard, Mr. Lennox was his name. She had being attacked by the inmate, and the guards hadn't tried to level her down before they attacked her. She was in defense mode.
"I-I'm s-s-sorry f-for h-h-hurting m-m-Mr. L-L-Lennox," Willow stammered, her face still making eye contact with the ground, "I-It w-was a-a-an a-a-a-accident." She closed her eyes, still trembling slightly. She began feeling a tad light-headed. She fell backwards into the chair. She took a steady breath that brought clarity to her thoughts. The light-headed feeling went away. She hoped he'd just pump her full of more medication. She could deal with nausea and throwing up for a couple days straight.
"Don't cower like that. He'll just use it against you," the voice whispered inside her head.
