Kodaka chuckled at Modikai's comment. "Demons as good guys? That contradicts itself in so many ways." But they were the good guys. Whatever Akira was after, they had to stop him. "Anyways, we will do this together. No doubt about it." The girl smiled at him and he held out his hand to help her off the ground. "Heh. Couldn't have said it better. Let's get some sleep. We've got training to do tomorrow!"

Akira, looked back. He blinked twice and was instantly struck with surprise. Anya's wings were out and they were drapped around her body like a protective shield. She knelt on the floor holding herself and she looked like she was in pain. That's when he noticed it. A large black scar ran across one of her beautiful light grey wings. Where did she get a nasty wound like that? But then he remembered how she talked about getting into a fight with her father. Was that what that was from? Akira knew that he had to do something. He stepped closer to the girl and reached out his hand. Closing his eyes he focused on all the light around him. His hand glowed a bright white and he laid it on the angel's scar. "Sorry, this is going to hurt for just a second. The scar won't dissapear by just this but it will ease the pain."
