Aurelie wasn't the best person to be around corpses. Death affected her badly. Though she wasn't one of the people who squirmed at the very sight of blood or corpses, Miraze had been with her long enough to know that death generally had a negative impact on her. She sighed, wishing she hadn't dragged the poor girl into this, but she knew that given a chance, she would do it over again. Not only had she been in desperate need of a Spell-Link and Aurelie's abilities almost perfectly complimenting hers, but if she had left Aurelie alone, someone else would have done the same thing, most probably adopting a worse method in the process.

Miraze gave Aurelie a grateful half-smile as she pointed towards two figures walking up. As she listened to them converse with the ones who had killed the girl, she frowned. True that she didn't have much regard for life, but squandering people so wastefully wasn't something she approved of, despite being a Black Mage.

One of them vaporised the corpse, before starting to walk away.

“So. Do we follow them?” she heard Aurelie murmur, before sighing at the hand held out towards her
"Haven't I told you before? I'm not going to use your energy. I hate doing that," she chided gently, before turning towards the four headed away from them, wrapping Aurelie and herself up in an illusion and using another to mask their energy, taking out a tissue to wipe the blood she coughed up as a price. The illusion was strong enough to fool even experts, unless they had had experience with this particular type of masking illusions. "Lets go." she muttered, voice a bit garbled from trying not to taste the traces of blood left in her mouth.
