As Kain gazed at the flower, his eye kept onto the beautiful girl until she suddenly disappeared into the crowd. He wanted to follow her but decided it would be best to settle where he was to enjoy the flowers.
"Miss Evangelina! How nice to see you again!" Said the shopkeeper turning her attention to the beauty Kain had seen before. He look over and gently whispering outloud "Evangelina...such a beautiful name...".
"Mrs. Wayland! I have another bushel for you. Straight from my garden. Same price as last week?" The girl said near him. He looked at her in admiration as he listened to her speak.
"Wait now." The woman spoke and informed the girl that she wanted examine the beautiful flowers before accepting them. Kain spoke gently.
"Madam... You, really can't tell these are quite nice flowers...very indeed, almost as beautiful as the one who sells them to you. Look at how perfect and beautiful the petals are on this rose. You can indeed tell it was well taken care of. . ." Kain said looking towards Evangelina and then turned to the shopkeeper.
"I want to buy your best Iris please" Kain said towards her. He may enjoy roses more then the iris blooms but this girl, reminded him somewhat of the flower second to his favor, coming to be the first. Although this thought came about he tried to block it off to be normal as the shopkeeper handed him the flower. He pulled out a gold coin and and slid it into her hands hoping no one but her saw the amount. The lady gave a smile as she then watched Kain hold out the flower to Evangelina.
"For you" Kain said with a light blush partially looking away still holding the flower out, hoping she would accept it. "You picked..such beautiful flowers and I believe you should have one for yourself..." He said with a smile.
