Amos eyes shot open as the large bang seemed to crack the silence. He immediately sat up, his eyes widened. After a second, his eyes narrowed and frowned. The boat must've bumped into something... He growled after realising he woke up for nothing, he looked around and saw that the woman who had be conversing with John earlier had also been woken up by the noise, her eyes open.. It seemed that Dimka had yet to return from her shower. Amos also saw that Aiden's bed was empty. He guessed that he might've gone elsewhere, also woken by the loud bang. He shook his head once more and noticed that he still had slept with his trench coat and blazer still on. He slowly took of each layer, still bleary from sleep, and stood up briefly to tuck them under his bunk.

Afterwards he lied back on the mattress, conscious of the other awake presence in the room. Despite being still rather tired, he could not sleep. His muscles and bones refused to moved but he simply could not close his eyes. Amos concluded that he would just stay there and do nothing, waiting god knows how long until sleep would just fog his view.
