Ashley closed her eyes. It didn't look like any help was coming. She might as well just lie down and- Something grabbed her by the collar of her soaking wet t-shirt and pulled her onto the river bank. She opened her eyes to see a muscular man with brown hair looking at her. She glanced around the area. How far away from the cabin was she? Where was she?
"Speak," the man ordered. What was she supposed to say? "Th- Thank you," Ash choked out. She noticed the man was holding a knife in his hand and looked around frantically. Was there another thing out to get her? When nothing seemed to be coming, she relaxed slightly. "Who are you?" she asked.
