She said. It probably wasn't as exciting as the parties people threw in New York, but it had been a big deal at the time.

She grabbed a grilled cheese and an apple and put them on her tray. The lunch line never took to long and she was at the front before she knew it. After paying for her lunch she turned back to Jared. "Oh! I almost forgot," she said, "the last person who moved here from New York went crazy and killed like 30 people in one night, then mysteriously disappeared." She smiled jokingly and went over to sit down at an empty table by the window.
