((Sorry I haven't posted, and won't be able to post for a while either!:] I'mgoing to see the Hunger Games on Friday,and I'm soooo excited :DDD))

Grace stood up at the sound of cannons and followed Catayla out. Two dead boies lay on the ground, neither of them Faye's or Arlathina's. At Catayla's suggestion to move the bodies, she shuddered slightly. It just felt...wrong. Of course, if she was going to survive out here, she would have to do stuff like this, but she hadn't expected to win anyway. A boy came out of the trees and introduced himself as Caelib, District 2. Grace noted how Arlathina was hesitant to kill him, and was in stead was letting him go. She raised an eyebrow. "One more to kill later on," Grace whispered, saying Arlathina's earlier words back to her.

She rolled her eyes, and headed back into the cave. It was probably a bad idea to get on Arlathina's nerves, but she couldn't help it. She was cold, tired, hungry , and damn she was thirsty. A sudden idea came to her, and she picked up some snow in her bare hands and held it in front of the fire. Her hands felt numb with the cold, but she ignored it, and as soon as it melted she drank up the water. She headed back out to the rest of the group.

"At least this weather won't last long," Grace said. "I mean, it was roasting earlier. Maybe in the morning, it will be warm again." She absentmindedly rubbed the sunburns on her arm, as she realized their problem tommorow would be water. She noticed a few daffodils sprouting out from beneath the snow. Maybe it's almost over, she thought hopefully.
