Ali looked over to Cody giving a soft smile to him he broke up the flaky fish with a fork, giving it time to cool off. He looked down at his fingers giving them a quick wiggle he was still getting used to the fact that he could turn into a human whenever he wanted. If he thought about it before he came to the home he would have wanted anything more than to be a human so he could run away from everything, not in a cowardly way of course just because he could.

Scooping up some of the fish he ate slowly not really wanting to make himself sick again from overheating when he first arrived, so he was going to take his time on food yet he was still thinking that someone was going to take his food away from him. His eyes looked around the room his ears turning in all directions. He purred softly as he ate he did enjoy food a lot but it was scarce on the street but no longer he was safe now at least he was for the moment he wasn't even gong to step outside not with all the gangs and dangerous people lurking around. He curled his tail on his lap and held onto it protectively.
