Aiden opened his mouth to protest, but by the time he began to say something Eric was already off, galloping towards the mountains. He turned his speckled mare and eased his into a gallop, stopping just before the entrance to the castle and tying his horse on a post. He ran inside, straight to the king. He had been talking to someone, but the boy rudely ignored them and pulled the king into the hallway. He knew he could probably be beheaded, but he was sure the king could tell it was urgent. "It's Amora." he whispered before stopping him in the hallway. "She's been kidnapped. By the elves, most likely. Eric is after her right now. We need to send people out there to help him- if Eric just goes in there alone he'll be killed." He said urgently, stumbling on his words as he tried to get them out as fast as possible.

Amora looked away when A'zyren grabbed her chin and spoke bitterly to her. A hot, angry tear slipped down her cheek. For once in her life she felt absolutely helpless. "Yes. Terribly sorry." she told him between clenched teeth. When he let her go she collapsed against the ground, completely limp. A couple more tears fell.

Allura rolled her eyes and wiped away fake tears. "Oh get over it, princess." She muttered, flicking back her long dark curls and giving Amora an uncaring look.
